Violin

Born in Vienna,Austria I instantly came in Touch with Music through my Mother as a Pianist. As a rather demanding Person she selected this Instrument for me at the Age of 4.

Two Years later I definately sneaked out to skip to Violin (probably because my older Brother played it already pretty nicely and somehow I thought I should play it too).Years later of studying with several Teachers I more and more got into Violinplaying ,played with several Orchestras as a Solist and won some national and international Competitions as "Stresa", "Vercelli"and one in Calabria which I even forgot the Name.

Couple of Years later after playing with the original "Guaneri Del Gesu" of Fritz Kreisler in the Recital Hall of CarnegieHall I decided to stop playing the Violin and went on World Trip for two Years to get some fresh Air.After coming back to Vienna I started studying Jazz for a While and got involved with a lot of nice Projects and Bands as in "Salonorchester Alhambra" Conrad Schrenk's "Extravanganza" "JonnyRings The BellTrio" etc.

After years of gigging around I decided to get back to classical Music ,finished my Violin Diploma ,making some Money with playing at Funerals, and won an Audition at the Tonkünstlerorchestra NÖ and stayed.

After 5 Years there I started to play the Viola so 2008 I won the Audition for the first Soloviola at the Radiosymphonyorchestra Vienna (RSO).Besides this there is a big Passion for Jazz and all sorts of different Styles and Projects. L O V E
